Shipping

Free shipping anywhere in USA and Canada. All orders are shipped tracked.

We normally dispatch your order the same day or the next day, depending on the time and day we receive your order. If for some reason we are out of stock we will contact you within 2 days.

Returns

Free returns by mail from USA and Canada.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. All returns for exchange or refund must be in new condition and include original product packaging.

Returns process:

  1. Please send us an email (returns@ameekco.com) with name, order number, address (if you wish please let us know why you would like to return, it's only to improve our products)
  2. You will receive an email with detailed information on how to ship/return the product.
  3. Upon receiving we will happily issue you a full refund or an exchange depending on your desire.

When shopping at Ameek all payments will be secured and handled through Stripe which is a secured electronic payment solution for Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
